Bro Hug: How to guide

EVERYONE goes through what the general masses refer to as "stuff" or "issues". The pain of loss, the stress of the work place or spouse/partner. Countless variables plague our everyday life with just as many ways to test our strength as humans. Men and Women deal with these "issues"  in completely different ways, but in general we both tend to internalize our struggle to at least some degree without actually fully releasing ourselves of this burden. Following a nice run with my dog Dolly (whom is a female with slightly more male tendencies based on her mounting technique) I realized that I had spent quite a few HUNDRED hours using her as my sounding board during our runs. I always feel good after a run with my dog because she listens and that's it. Without getting too deep into my personal reasons behind this post I'd like to get onto the business and propose the following:

I'd like to put together a personal training/emotional support program focused towards males ages 22-40 (at least initially). I find that men are physical creatures that often handle their stress in physical ways (punching, running, kicking, etc.). I 'd like to harness this physical release in a training program that also provides a "safe place" and opportunity for men in similar positions in life to just vent some things and try to release a bit. I wanted to come up with a catchy name for this but everything kept sounding stupid, so far now I'll just use the term "Bro Hug" to simplify communications. I'm starting up a pilot that would initially be free of charge as I gauge interest and effectiveness. SO if you meet the following criteria please send me a message in some way so we can work out a schedule and I can put the first group together. I figure heading off the holiday stress could be quite beneficial for all.

Bro Hug is for you if:

1) You are a Male aged 22-40 (Females are welcome but I'll  just have some more questions)
2) You feel like you could stand to be in better shape or at least STAY in shape
3) You occasionally find yourself wishing you had someone to talk to about just everyday struggles
4) Your doctor has cleared you for physical activity
5) You are interested in getting fit in different ways (running, organized sports, rock climbing, extreme ping pong, etc)

Toss this little nugget around in your head and please feel free to provide some feedback or express your interest to me anytime.
